I organized a gift exchange for my family and couldn't get over how easy Elfster made it! It even allowed me to set restrictions so that spouses don't get each other, parents don't get their own children, etc.

I just typed in all the names and emails, set a few restrictions and Elfster did the rest. (I loved that the wish lists allowed us to add clickable links to Amazon and more to make shopping super easy, too.) Honestly, I appreciate anything that takes some of the stress out of the holidays, and this app definitely did the trick!

After failed attempts of doing a gift exchange amongst ourselves drawing paper numbers, and having other friends request lists, we found Elfster! This website is AMAZING.

It walks you through setting up an exchange and then you can secretly talk to your person, as well as update your own requests. AND GET THIS, you can also use it for other things. Birthdays! Boo*Baskets!

I am a new Elfster user and have really enjoyed it so far. I used the wishlist feature to create a wishlist for my son's birthday this year, and I loved being able to add items from multiple websites all in one place.

I plan on using it for my family gift exchange this Christmas as well.

It is nice to have everything in one place and much easier to keep track of than writing everything down the old-fashioned way! Great customer service as well!

This site gives groups the opportunity to do secret gift exchanges for families, friends, work groups, neighborhoods, and more. They have the audacity to provide perfectly private name drawings, allow each person to create wish lists to different websites, including colors and sizes.

They send you reminders and even allow anonymous messages so you can ask questions.

It takes all the guesswork and suspicious sneaking out of secret gift exchanges. Do not use if you don’t want a fun and easy gift exchange with better gifting than gift cards to the gas station.

I had a bunch of issues with my Exchange. I chatted in to Customer Service.

While the chat was lengthy, they were able to fully fix every single problem. They were so happy and friendly.

They never once made me feel like I was a problem or that anything I had done was so bad they couldn't fix it. To top it all off, they were super cheery and full of holiday spirit!

I had duplicate accounts because I signed in with my phone and my email/computer. I wrote in and it was rectified immediately with a happy attitude.

So rare in customer service these days - I appreciate it! I love this service/website so I am happy to keep using it and knowing they have happy elves to help with any issues that arise!

I have been able to not only get the gifts my kiddo wants for her birthday and Christmas but I have been able to get the gifts I want! It has been so helpful and has been making Christmas and birthdays so easy! The shop page is easy to navigate and add items to my wishlists! My fav feature is writing in a wish.
